If the answer is “YES” to any or all of the above questions, then IoTA Endurance can provide the coaching and training program necessary for you to reach your goals and to be prepared for your race(s).  We focus on the skill of running and take a personalized approach with your training for endurance events as well as your overall fitness.  We know that if you are willing to put in the work, the results will come.  Stop training long slow distances and get in the best shape of your life.

IoTA endurance is proud to be the first training/coaching environment in Cache Valley to confidently take on the endurance athlete and train them for endurance events such as 5K, 10K, Half or Full Marathons, Biathlon, or Triathlons.  We have the knowledge and experience necessary to prepare you to compete and succeed in these events.  We maintain a disposition of encouragement and solidarity with anyone who is willing to put in the work to better themselves thru training.
