IoTA endurance is proud to be the first training/coaching environment in Cache Valley to confidently take on the endurance athlete and train them for endurance events such as 5K, 10K, Half or Full Marathons, Biathlon, or Triathlons.  We have the knowledge and experience necessary to prepare you to compete and succeed in these events.  We maintain a disposition of encouragement and solidarity with anyone who is willing to put in the work to better themselves thru training.
