You will notice that some of our “Endurance” WOD’s are going to start taking an a little different look. For the next few weeks at CrossFit IoTA we’ll be mixing it up a bit with a couplte type of endurance wod. We recomend that these WOD’s be done 3+ hours before or after a “heavy” lift, and that this be done the day before you will be taking your rest day. Need help nailing down your endurance traininng?
