3+ Hours After  CFE Strength & Conditioning WOD

Choose ONE of the Following Sports: Swim, Bike or Run

12×1 minute intervals, Rest 30sec between intervals, hold maximum distance possible on each interval.

Enjoy the weather this great weather Cache Valley…hopefuly it will hold for a few more weeks!
