CrossFit Strength and Conditioning  Rest Day

Run: 25 min Hill Climb, 4-8% average grade.  Here in Cache Valley preferable locations for this WOD would be Black Smith Fork or Smithfield Canyons.  If you are training for the Antelope Island Half Marathon on October 16th, then Green Canyon would be a great option for this WOD.
