9-20-10 Endurance WOD

And we are BACK!! I just completed my CrossFit Olympic Lifting certification and am thrilled to have my fourth certification under my belt. We will soon be offering Olympic Lifting classes at CrossFit IoTA and look forward to seeing you there. Strength training will make you a better endurance athlete, so don’t neglect this part of your training because you fear gaining some muscle.  Be strong and you will become a better endurance athlete!  Now for the weekly WOD…

3+ Hours after your CrossFit Strength & Conditioning WOD do the following:

Run: (3x) 200-400-600 holding best possible pace and recovering what the previous tsk took you. Therefore if you run 200m in 40 seconds, then you have 40 seconds of rest before you begin our 400m.
