Top of Utah Half – Race Week – Day 3

It’s race week for all those who will be running the Top of Utah Half. 

Tuesday is an active rest day.  Be active today, but don’t do anything that will expend too much energy.  Go for a light Jog, a short easy bike ride etc.  remember that this week is programmed to get you primed and ready to compete and perform at your best.  Get plenty of rest, hydrate and fuel well.
