Top of Utah Half – Race Week – Day 2

It’s race week for all those who will be running the Top of Utah Half. 

Tuesday’s workout is 15 minuets of CINDY – ie 15 min as many rounds as possible of 5 Pull Ups, 10 Push Ups and 15 Squats.

 This week is programed to get you primed and ready to compete and perform at your best.  Don’t forget to get plenty of rest, hydrate and fuel well.
