Week 5 – Top of Utah Half and Lotoja Training

These workouts should be done  3-4 hours after your CrossFit WOD.   Need more info on programing, look here.

RUNNING: 1 min on 1 off – 1on/50off etc. – down and back up the ladder end w 1on-50 off 1 on

CYCLING: 6 Rounds of: – 1min on 3 min rest (rolling or stopped), No pacing, This interval set is to be done as close to all out as possible on each Interval.  A false flat (ie moderate incline is prefered).
