Choose ONE of the following sports:

Cover as much distance as possible:
Swim:12min
Bike:24min
Run:20min
C2:12min

3+ Hours After CrossFit WOD

Choose ONE of the Following Sports:

Swim, Bike, Run, C2
4×5 min intervals w/3min recovery between rounds.

Hold max distance possible on each of the 5 min rounds.
