Week of June 14 – Endurance WOD

Choose ONE of the Following Sports: Swim, Bike, Run, C2

12×1 minute intervals, Rest 30sec between intervals

Hold maximum distance possible on each interval – Select terrain that mimics your upcoming event.

    I did this WOD yesterday – starting with the thought, this is easy, only a 12 minute run. By the time I finished I was DEAD!! Great WOD – Thanks Paul!
