Week of May 10 – Endurance WOD

I’ve added a few new clients this past week who are starting to train for biathlon and triathlon’s, and other who just want some additional options to their training. From now on I’m going to start including information that is specific to the sport you are training for or you can just choose a different sport for some variation.

Choose ONE of The Following Sports:
Swim, Bike,Run, C2 (rower)

3min on, 3min off, 2min on, 2min off, 1min on, 1min off,2min on, 2min off 3min on, Done.
Cover as much Distance as possible.
Choose terrain that mimics your upcoming Race or Event.
