10x 30sec Hill Sprints, All out Efforts. 30sec rest at top before descending hill easy, “walk if needed”. Rest 1min at the bottom of the hill before the next sprint.
Tami M & Kelly K completed all ten rounds
Benson M completed 5 rounds

New members your wod this week will be 200m-400m-200m-400m w/2 min rest between rounds.
Barbara – 1:06 / 2:12 / 0:59 / 2:08
Evette – 1:27 / 2:43 / 1:18 / 2:48

We also had a number of athletes run the Smithfield Health Days 5 and 10k (and thanks to Stacey B for cheering us all on). Well done to each of you who came out and competed. Barbara, Anna, Brett and I where but a few of the 500+ athletes who came out and competed. Anna’s daughter Kaycee (11) also completed her first 5k in 26:50. Way to go Kaycee!
