Week of May 3rd – Homework WOD’s

CrossFit ON Day – Run 2 mile – 20 seconds on, 10 seconds off, until distace is completed. Come to a complete stop/rest on each of the 10 second rest period.

CrossFit OFF Day – For your specific distance cover as much distance as you can:
SC: 25 minutes / LC: 50 minutes / U: 70 minutes

SC=race that you will complete in less than 2 hours
LC = race that you will complete between 2-3 hours
U = race that you will complete in 3 or more hours

Failure should be our teacher, not our undertaker. Failure is delay, not defeat. Failure is not falling down, it’s not getting back up. It is a temporary detour, not a dead end. Failure is something we can avoid only by saying nothing, doing nothing, and being nothing.
