We also had two people join the team this week. I went and watched/filmed/timed them durring 2 – 400m running segments durring “Kelly” on Friday. (For those who do not know what “Kelly” is it’s 5 rounds of 400m run / 30 box jumps / 30 wall balls..so don’t feel like they where let off easy not having to run a 1 mile TT.)

Rhonda P. – 2:50 & 3:05
Gayle – 2:45 & 3:20

Keep up the good work!!
