Week of April 12th – Homework

CrossFit Rest Day: 2 x 5k holding within 3 minutes of each other. Rest 5-15 minutes between 5k’s in order to recover and hydrate.

CrossFit On Day: Tabata: 8 rounds of 20 seconds on 10 seconds rest, max effort. If you are running outside record the distance. If you are running on a treadmill set it to a 12% grade and .5mph slower than your best 5k pace.
