Sprint/Recover: 3 rounds of – 20sec/60sec off, 20sec/50sec off, 20sec/40sec off, 20sec/30sec off, 20sec/20sec off, 20sec/10sec off. Start the next round after 10 sec rest…

Score will be the distance that you cover for all 3 rounds.

Spring Break got the best of most of us (me included) but a lot of ou managed to still hit the extra workouts.  Thanks for keeping me in the loop with texts and e-mails….now for the results.
