Weekly Workout – March 22nd

4x200m hold within 3-5 seconds, Rest 60sec between intervals then,
2x400m hold within 3-5 seconds, Rest 60sec between intervals.
Rest 3min after the second 400m, then sprint 10sec on, 20 sec off.  Complete 800m in this rep scheme. Extra steps taken to slow down on each sprint interval must be walked back to your stopping point during the 20 sec rest.
