Weekly Workout – March 15th

30:15 x 8 rounds, 30 seconds on 15 seconds off, all out efforts! Your score will be the amount of distance you cover, you must stop and start each interval from the same place.

SCALED VERSION – 6 rounds and remember 1st we must learn the skill, so keep working those drills!

Good luck to Amy and Anna who are in the final week of race prep for the half marathon on Saturday!

For those who are looking for a little extra this week, we’ll be meeting for a wod either Wednesday or Thursday morning at 7am (fyi, it’s suppose to rain on Thursday).  The fieldhouse will be closed this week (We-Sun), so it will be outside and I will let everyone know where we will be meeting once I nail a location down.
