Death by 10m results

This weeks workout was DEATH BY 10 METERS!!

Run 10 meters on the min, every minute. Add 10 meters each minute. This should be done in the following manner; Set up 2 cones 10 meters a part.  Add one return trip each minute on the minute… So you are to add 10 meters each round until you can no longer continue (ie you do not complete the required number of 10m intervals in the correct time).  Your score will be the number of intervals that you complete.

Tanya – 16 rounds
Anna – 14 rounds
Amy 13 rounds +12
Brett – 17 rounds + 14 (3 ladder away from completing 18 rounds)
Steve – 16 rounds + 16 (1 ladder away from completing 17 rounds)
Coach Paul – 17+17.75 (crossed the line at 18:01)

(5x) of 40 sec sprints and 20 seconds rest
Katie – 700m
Jodi – 1000m
Ashton – 970m
Stacey – 900m

Also joining the crew this week was Tami.  She ran her 1 mile time trial in 7:36

(3x) 200-400-600 founds Amy later in the week (great wod’s will always find you) and here are her round times
R1 – 0:47 / 1:54 / 3:04
R2 – 0:51 / 1:56 / 3:06
R3 – 0:52 / 1:59 / 3:08

Tanya ran a 15 min time trial and completed 2.125 miles in 14:51.

Anna got in a second wod this week as well, completing a 1 min ladder. (1 min on, 1 min rest, 1 min on, 50 sec rest …decreasing 10 seconds of rest each round until the last interval of 1 min on, 10 sec rest, 1 min on, done. Anna completed 1.125 miles.

You are all doing great and I am enjoying being able to watch each of you progress and become better at the skill of running.  Keep those drills going!!
