The wod this week was…

200m run
rest equal time to your 200m run
400m run
rest equal time to your 400m run
600m run
rest equal time to your 600m run

We had a total of 5 athletes complete this workout. Here are the results:

Anna W. was scheduled to rock this wod, but unfortunately the indoor track we used was closed on Friday & Saturday, however she will be the first to hit next weeks wod!

Amy C. ran a 200m (1:00 rest) 400m (1:30 rest) 600m (2:00 rest) 800m on monday.  She did great with times of 0:48 / 1:48 / 3:00 / 4:03

We also had 5 more athletes join our crew this week and they posted their mile time trials.
