The Weekly Workout is HERE!!

As my dreams of being a trainer are becoming a reality(thanks to all of you), I’m adding a new weekly feature… the weekly workout.  This will be the workout that we do in our weekly sessions together (and yes I will do it too).  I’m really enjoying watching everyone change, progress and grow as you encounter these new challenges that the sport specific endurance workouts are bringing to the table. So with no further ado, here is the workout for this week.

3 rounds for time
200m run
rest equal time to your 200m run
400m run
rest equal time to your 400m run
600m run
rest equal time to your 600m run
(this should be done as close to all out)

Check back Saturday for an athlete photo or two and for this weeks score card! If you do this WOD on your own, be sure to post your results to comments.
