Race day hydration and fuel

What are you planning to do about hydration and nutrition for your the race?  Please don’t hesitate to talk to us about some ideas, and if I’ve done my job, you should be ready to go.  Below I have put a link to TriMax Fitness – Max is a CFE coach on the east coast and i love what he has to say about nutrition and hydration, he hits it right on the button, so please have a read through both links below on his site.
