How Necessary Is Stretching?

As Crossfitters we read, discuss and analyze all the information we have time to take in.  For years, flexibility has been widely considered a cornerstone of health and fitness. Many of us stretch before or after every workout and fret if we can’t lean over and touch our toes.   Continue reading here…

While I found this article interesting, I still like to stretch and will continue to do so and encourage you all to continue to do the same.  I’ve found that for myself stretching after a workout is the most effective.
